Dear Coach Sharon:


With only seven weeks (14 sessions) to perform magic, you aced it! You promised

"functionality", but the real result became balance, flexibility, balance, agility, balance, and a HUGE amount of confidence overall.


HUGE "confidence" in being able to step off the sidewalk without losing my balance!

Confidence to see how much I know l've improved in this time! Confidence to not waddle to walk! Confidence to share the gym with another condo resident! Stand up straight, eyes front and no looking pain with all that gain! Little things and looking forward, shoulders down, elbows at waist, toes up --- form over speed every time mean a lot, as the song goes.

How fortunate (lucky!) we met just as I was about to give up, that I'd ever (properly) exercise enough to make a difference (having "never" exercised most of my 86 years!). You were able to change my whole attitude from blah and discouraged to excited and looking forward to learning more. My gym-times are quite special.
